Any violation of this section constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and constitutes a basis for the termination of this Agreement and the termination of your domain name without refund or notice. You acknowledge that the practice of registering and managing domain names is constantly evolving; Therefore, you agree that we may modify this Agreement or any other agreement associated with it and/or applicable, to the extent necessary, to comply with any guidelines, contracts or agreements with iCANN, a registration or any other legal or natural person and adapt to circumstances that change in general. All changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of the Services represents your acceptance of this Agreement with all modifications. If you do not agree with an amendment, you can request that your domain name registration be cancelled or transferred to another accredited registrar. You agree that any such cancellation or request for a transfer shall be your exclusive remedy if you do not wish to comply with this Agreement or any other agreement or policy related to it and/or applicable.

(A) The Nexus Dispute Resolution Directive (“Dispute Resolution Directive”) is available at: www.neustar.us/nexus-dispute-policy/. The Dispute Resolution Directive allows interested parties to challenge a registration that does not comply with Nexus requirements. In accordance with the .us-Nexus requirements, .us domains may only be registered by the following qualified entities: your intentional provision of inaccurate or unreliable information, or your intentional failure to immediately update the information made available, or your failure to respond for more than fifteen calendar days to requests we have received regarding the accuracy of the contact details associated with your domain name, is a material breach of this Agreement and is a basis for the termination of this Agreement and the termination of your domain name without refund and without notice. . . .
