To clear the DNS cache on Mac OS X 10.5 use:
dscacheutil -flushdnscache
on 10.4 and earlier try:
lookupd -flushdnscache
Needed this just now as I was setting up the new sub-domain for Goruco 2009 Confreaks site.

It has taken a while to actually get to processing them, but it didn’t take long once I was able to focus on it and get them done (this past weekend).
